With over 20 years of experience in franchising, Ms. Wisdo has held senior level management positions in several large franchise systems including Nutri/System Weight Loss Company, Aloette Cosmetics, Auntie Anne’s Hand Rolled Soft Pretzels, and Saladworks. She has extensive expertise in developing recruitment and selection systems, creating and building franchise company infrastructure and operating systems, and coaching franchise salespeople.

Throughout her varied career in franchising, Ms. Wisdo has been responsible for the sale of more than 400 individual franchises and area development contracts with total commitments for another 500. Her franchise sales have been responsible for some $20 million in initial fees and commitments. These franchises, with revenues estimated in excess of $200 million, continue to generate an estimated $12 million in annual royalty revenue every year.

Ms. Wisdo held several positions at Nutri/System, a $1 billion international weight loss and wellness corporation — including Vice President of Marketing Services, and Director of Franchise Operations. During her nine-year tenure, the company grew from 600 to 1800 locations in North America, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

As Vice President of Franchise Development for Auntie Anne’s Hand Rolled Soft Pretzels, Ms. Wisdo was responsible for the Franchise Development Group which consisted of four Departments: Leasing, Domestic Franchise Development, International, and Legal. As a key member of the Management Team, she was responsible for strategic planning, and for providing direction and leadership for the rapid growth of the company, which had sales in excess of $200 million in 2001.

As Vice President of Franchise Development for Saladworks, a $20 million quick casual restaurant business with 30 franchises, Ms. Wisdo laid the foundation for revitalizing franchise sales by developing a strong recruitment and selection process for franchise candidates and creating policies and procedures to strengthen the franchisor-franchisee relationship.

Ms. Wisdo holds a B.S. in Secondary Education from Bloomsburg University, a M.Ed. in Counseling from Penn State University, and is a Certified Behavior Analyst, Values Analyst, and Attribute Index Analyst.
