Mr. Goldberg has over 30 years of experience as a business consultant, working with clients across various industry sectors, including IT, medical, retail, automotive, foodservice, manufacturing, and financial/banking.  He has written Franchise Operations Manuals and developed training programs for companies in the foodservice, medical, and service industries.

Prior to joining iFranchise Group, Mr. Goldberg was a senior leader and consultant at IBM, where he led a team to drive operational efficiencies and optimize global resources, and most recently led consultants and subject matter experts in global agile transformation program engagements.

Within IBM, he consulted with numerous Fortune 100 companies, including JPMorgan Chase, AMEX, Disney, General Motors, Navistar, and Johnson & Johnson. He has also consulted on projects with large franchisors including McDonald’s and Taco Bell.

Mr. Goldberg is an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching, and holds Bachelor and Master of Fine Arts degrees from the University of Illinois.
