Ms. Lamb began her career in the franchise industry over 30 years ago, working closely with the attorneys of numerous franchisor clients and assisting them with the planning and implementing of national and international business expansion.

As a senior strategic planning and marketing consultant for the iFranchise Group, Ms. Lamb has analyzed the business structures of hundreds of franchised businesses and assists our clients by drafting industry-specific reports to compare the concepts. She also develops franchise marketing plans for iFranchise Group clients and directs iFranchise Group’s Social Media. Ms. Lamb also oversees vendor and referral relationships for the iFranchise Group, and provides corporate legal counsel for the iFranchise Group.

Prior to joining the iFranchise Group, Ms. Lamb had her own private law practice for 12 years, during which time her work focused on contract law, real estate transactions, and litigation. She has drafted expert opinion reports, developed and taught paralegal courses, and served as an arbitrator for the Circuit Court. She also completed a three year contract position with Mayer, Brown, Rowe and Maw, one of the ten largest law firms in the world. At Mayer, Brown she worked in the commercial real estate/securitization practice and was responsible for securing the real estate for commercial loans ranging from $90 million – $760 million.

Ms. Lamb holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Marquette University, and a law degree from DePaul University.
