With experience in marketing/branding, sales, customer service, and finance, Karlie Hernandez’s background includes over ten years working in the foodservice sector, including restaurant management and ownership in the pizza industry.  During her career, she managed cross-functional teams, including operations, service, and vendor relationships.

As a restaurant owner, she was responsible for effectively developing and executing digital media campaigns and brand development where she championed market expansion strategies through effective consumer-focused marketing campaigns.  She was able to enhance the restaurant’s operational efficiency by managing budgets, costs, and employee retention.

Previously, as a business analyst, Ms. Hernandez implemented an overstock inventory management system and analyzed data to help leverage market intelligence and identify new service opportunities.  Her research included identifying key decision-makers and customizing outreach strategies.

She brings skills in business strategy and financial planning, change and growth management, and quality control and operations to iFranchise Group prospects and clients.

Ms. Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Illinois.
