The company stated that Scot Crain, Pat Walls, Chic Leehan, and Kevin Hostetter joined the organization as Senior Franchise Consultants in Strategic Planning. Each brings a wealth of experience in franchising across multiple industry sectors, including foodservice, retail, B2C services, and more. With backgrounds in training, operations, business development and other key areas, their careers include executive roles with recognized franchise brands such as Auntie Anne’s Soft Pretzels, Saladworks, McAlister’s Deli, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, Pearle Vision Center, LensCrafters, Leisure Pools, United Aqua Group, and others.
